I think diaper cakes are super cute and becoming very trendy for baby showers. It's also a great gift for the mommy to be. You can dress the cakes up however you want and add as many items to give the baby or even the mom! These are included in my baby shower packages when I throw the baby shower but I am also selling them outside the package.
